I was impressed by the calm atmosphere and the respectful way the discussion was conducted. Everything felt properly explained, with enough time given to understand each point. Overall, it was a pleasant and reassuring encounter.
I recently moved into a 100-year-old condo that had popcorn ceilings and very textured concrete walls with several poorly-done patch jobs. After a very thoughtful review of the property and extensive communication about the services he offers, Victor gave me a great quote on smoothing everything out. He was able to start work just a couple days later, and he finished earlier than expected. I'm so happy with the final, completely smooth result, which makes the space look bigger and brighter than before! I would definitely recommend Prestige Diaz to anyone looking for drywall or painting services.
